Tried & tested vitamins to aid concentration/fatigue?

not for feeling tiered or conserntraition on 11+ but i find the basset ones really good! my dd has a very low inmune systerm so if she dont take she falls ill like mad! but its great as it has omega 3 in it! but if your child is already getting rcommended amount i would just buy fishes like makerel as they have omega3 in wich is good for brain development!
also you can get milk and butter with it in it taste no different at all!

however if your going to choose the omega 3 option avoid the drops and tablets the are horrid and no of my dc ever liked them!
