Friend's daughter SS 320 - is Colchester out of the question

We're new to all this (never again.......) does a score of 320 mean there is no point in applying to Colchester Girls? I'd have thought it was close enough to give it a shot, but friend seems doubtful.

320 would be a long shot but if you don't try you never know. Have plan B (and maybe plan C) ready.

Ok thanks, just checked and her score is actually 323. I still think it's worth a shot.
