Hi

It is for my DD, we live in Bromley. We are outside catchment areas of Southend/ Essex now, I would like my DD to apply and take exam, if she passes, we will move to the area. But which girl grammar schools in Southend/Essex will take pupil from outside Southend/Essex?

They will all take children from outside the catchment area but there are not many places available as the majority are reserved for in catchment children. This means your DD would have to score much higher than if you moved before she took the exam.
Only Colchester County High School has no catchment area (at present), they have a significant number of pupils from outside Essex but these are generally from Suffolk rather than the London boroughs due to the difficulty of the commute.
