Hi All

I would genuinely appreciate some help. My son messed up his VR and lost 15 marks on this one section ( found this out on remarking )His overall total score was 331.298 and wanted to know somehow that if by adding 15 marks what would this have gotten him ?

His scores were :

Maths : 23/40
English : 33/50
VR : 54/80

Would appreciate help a lot as we are looking at scholarships for indie schools and hoping to shed light on to his aptitude. Would appreciate any assistance .

Not sure quite why you need this. 331 is a good standardised score that happened on the day. That is a very good English score. If you can do independent and like the school I would just go for it. He will thrive .

Anyway this is the post you need:
viewtopic.php?f=15&t=34358&p=401763&hilit=aang#p401763

If you calculate the standardised score based on your son getting 15 more marks in VR that would then equate to a revised standardised score of 352.920.

I really don't think you should worry though just go for it if you can.
