Col.CHS for girls
Do I need to fill SIF along with CAF for Col. High school for girls.
This is my first choice for my dd. I am filling the Suffolk form so not sure whether it's required? Anyone filled this school as first choice from Suffolk this year?

Not quite Suffolk, but a SIF has not been required for CoCHS before.
I have often applied for Suffolk schools, and will again next year, from Essex. Being the wrong side of the border has never made any difference to the application process, you just rank the schools in your preference on your own LEA's CAF, and then they pass the application over to the neighbouring LEA.
If you want to check though I would ring the school, the office staff are generally helpful.

We're applying on the Essex form, but as I understand it, the SIF that is referred to is the form we had to fill out to register the children to sit the 11+.
Might be worth a phone call for peace of mind though
