Supplementary information form 2016 Entry

Hi,
My daugther is green zone for both CCHS and essex grammar schools
we are filling the essex local authority form for secondary school admission 2016 entry
Do we need to fill any extra Supplementary information form (SIF) for any of these schools
1.Chelmsford County High School for Girls
2.Westcliff High School for Girls
3.Colchester County High School for Girls
4.Southend High School for Girls

. The form you completed for your DD to take the tests is the SIF for CCHS and the CSSE schools.
