Does anyone here know how (or if) the Southend Grammars use Y6 SAT results?

TIA

WHSB do their own base line tests upon entry to year 7 and do not refer to Sats levels.

I believe most secondary schools do their own baseline tests too?

All schools will use the KS2 results in their assessment system because that is how progress is measured by external agencies e.g. Ofsted.

Most don't use them for setting or anything else.
