if not online?

I couldnt send the form in online back in October. Had to do it by post. So will I get letter today? Or are the letters sent out today (meaning I will get tomorrow?)

I am afraid you have another day to wait - letters for all areas nationally are posted on March 1st or the first working day thereafter, so for this year they are posted today to arrive tomorrow.
