CE /Latin tutor

Post by T.i.p.s.y »

Given that this is an 11+ county are there any CE tutors in the area and especially ones that teach Latin. DS has just started Latin and loves it but at his knew school he won't start it for over 2 years which he is disappointed about. I don't want to do it myself but would rather someone came and spent some fun time with him. If anyone can PM me a tutor that would be great! :)

How about one of the online courses if you can't find a tutor?

He just isn't the online type  and needs to bounce ideas of someone else, or in other words - be the focus of someone's attention!

I'm hoping Glos forum might wake up a bit now that you're here! I'll get back to you with that latin tutor thought after the weekend.

Not helpful with the tutoring but the ISEB books are great. DD worked through book 1 by herself in year 5 when we thought that she may need it for a prep school in Kent. The Greek book is a bit thin but the Latin book is really thick with loads of examples.
