Can you get an Ed Psych report to prove ability? Had they been in school here before the exam, and could you get overseas school to email you any quantifiable statistics over?

2 points isn't impossible, but you will need to persuade the panel of DD's suitability. Any extenuating circumstances? Lack of tuition? When was the move from abroad? Was it unsettling?
