Admissioon Application form

Could anybody advise that do we need to fill in the Exam No (the reference number our DC got for sitting the Exam) in the admission application form? as i recently relocate to Gloucestershire, my dd do not had an UID, so i have to fill in the form without the UID number and found that there is no place to fill in the Exam no, i wonder how the council match the applicant without using the exam no?

I think the exam number was just for the schools to use - but you should probably check with Admissions at Glos County Council.

Admissions will supply a UID on proof of address. Proof can include NHS card or Child Benefit letter with the address on. I got a replacement NHS card very quickly. This is the link in Glos to download an application form. You do need to be registered with a doctor in Glos.
