Results 2012

I have a question about the results of the test. Online registration states that the results will be sent out over the weekend, by Monday 15th at the latest.
I know that last year people started to get emails on the Friday evening / Saturday morning. I would like to know if people were told the same timings last year or is it different this year?
I'm thinking that it's going to be bad enough waiting from Saturday 6th until Friday 12th for the results but even worse if we do have to wait until the Monday!

The same was said last year. The first results came out about 6pm on Friday and as far as i am aware the online results were all emailed by mid afternoon Saturday. Some postal notifications weren't received until monday (and if I remember correctly out of county Tuesday)

Can anyone remember what order they released them? I seem to remember a friend saying her DS had results from STR first?

Last year it was STR first but who knows if that will be applicable again.......pates came next then crypt, then marling........good luck to you and your DC

The results came out in boy girl boy girl order with pates last I think. My Ds results came out STRS, Crypt, Marling.

Email from STRS came at about 6.20 the night before we were expecting the results. I will be eternally grateful to whoever hit 'send' on that one as it was the only one we were really interested in. Saved me a sleepless night.

We had a result from HSFG at about 9-10pm and then the Ribston result was emailed at 2.30am!!it was a long night.

Agree with above, followed by SHS at about 8.30am Saturday morning and Pate's at about 11.30am.
Pretty sure we were told we would have results Saturday.

Yes I remember getting a knock from my neighbour at 1900 to say they had their Son's STR result. We got our DD result for HSFG at 2100ish. Slept well that night!!

Can I just ask, when you get your results, if you're not in the twilight zone and have passed, is it clear that you are pretty sure of a place at a given school? So that when you fill in the application form you have a pretty certain idea of which order to put the schools in.
