If anyone would like to comment on the table please feel free..
To start with:
A quick estimate showed that about 85DCs attained a qualifying score for one or more schools, the total number of qualifying scores on the table is about 220. Therefore on average each DC has about 2.5 qualifying scores.(please correct me if I am wrong.)
Pate's will have 180 qualifying scores and anecdotal evidence from 3 schools suggest the others have between 230-300 scores(average of 265).
So (6x265)+180=1770 qualifying scores.
Approx 800 GS places.
1770/2.5=708 places allocated.
Obviously lots of assumption/estimation but hopefully that means all children who want a GS will get one, and also with a reasonable chance of their first choice
