transport from Ross on wye arear to Crypt or Tommies ?

I am looking for guidance please for my boy who is hoping to join Tommie or crypt next year . We have to move from south wales and does any one know which will be the best plce to live as we would ideally like to be some where in the middle between abegavenny (due to our jobs) and Gloucester but all depends on id there are already children going from this area.
Any advice would be greatly apprecaiated.
