Scores and allocated schools...

Post by fairweathergardener »

DD got into Denmark Road with 234 and a friend got in with 222. Does anyone know how far Pates went down on their wait list this year?

DS has accepted his first choice at STRS with a score of 223. :D
His scores for Crypt 120.5 and Marling in top 120. Good luck to any parents who are anxiously waiting.

Just wondering this no. 127?
I though Pates only have Top 120, Top 150 or Top 180.

Please correct me, if I am wrong.

First 120 didn't get rankings...just in or out. The next 60 got rankings/ numbered places from place number 121 to 180.

Hi Dr Watson, the PAN for Pate's is 120, this year I believe they ranked down to 180, in previous years it has been ranked only to 160. Annecdotal(sic?) evidence from last year was that they offered down to the high 150s. This years 180 would suggest they are hedging their bets, imagine if Pate's was undersubscribed, that would make the news..:-)

Thank you so much stroudydad. Yes it will be good to know from this forum what was the last rank that got offered a place in Pates.

Cheers,
