That's brilliant Iona; well done to her for passing. Sure she will love it.

As an aside, does anyone know what the last rank for STR's is this year ie, do they qualify down to 250 for example? Doesn't really matter as it's all set in stone anyway, but just wondering.

I don't know for sure, but I'd expect them to qualify down to the lowest they've had an intake from in the past few years, and maybe add some more on just in case. They always say the qualifying doesn't guarantee a place, so it would seem the logical thing to do. Qualifying down to 250 would seem sensible.

Thanks Weaver, agree your logic; 250 sounds about right if they've gone down to 230 ish before.

DD got HSFG top 120, Ribston top 114 so we're going with HSFG as 1st choice :D

Was a bit nail-biting seeing the results come out on here Fri night, as the Ribston mail came in around 4pm but the HSFG mail didn't arrive until nearly 7pm.

That is an improvement on previous years - 3 years ago the results came out over the night so I got the HSFG results at about 10pm and then the Ribston results were 2.30am Saturday morning
