Grounds for past appeal successes in Herts
Does anyone know the grounds for any of the single figure appeal successes at the Herts consortium schools over the last few years? On a couple of old threads I read on this forum it was suggested that maladministration was suspected to be the only reason. Can anyone verify this? Is there a way of finding out this information?

I don't this this information could be had, as it would be personal. My impression (based on very little data) is that the only appeals that succeed are on grounds of maladministration or severe personal circumstances, and that they've mostly stamped out the maladministration. Appeals on the grounds that the test performance doesn't accurately reflect the child's ability don't seem to succeed.
