Hi, it it just me with only a week to go that is still undecided???

Anyone got any info about St CD. Ive missed the open day but
the website looks great. It would be quite a distance for us
is it worth it???

Hi - check out the Ofsted report - on the 31 different criteria it managed to score 31 Outstanding grades! Apparently only a handful of schools in the country have managed that. We were v impressed by the open evening and by a tour round during school hours as well. Local families speak very highly of the motivated teachers. The sixth former who took us round was applying to Cambridge to read Natural Sciences and said teachers knew the students well. Modern facilities, dynamic headmistress, but some say it's less touchy-feely or warm than other places.
Very hard to sum up in one post, hopefully others will join in!

Thanks, It sounds great, but may be a bit too far for us to consider
ie. no local friends and over an hour each way.
