Bel the whole point is that they are not the same school so you can not possibly treat them the same as other selectives.

I disagree. An emotive topic and strong opinions on both sides. We will have to see what the future holds.

Yes I agree it is a very emotive topic and this is why rules need to be challenged by appropriate authorities. Only School Adjudicator can decide. Thanks for correcting me on pupils of staff I was led to believe that rule covered both schools too. Just to say that I have never been to girls school but thought boys school was fantastic when I looked round, so can understand disappointment of parents who have just missed out.

Of course it then gets even more ridiculous because if a teacher has a child of the 'right' gender, they can get a place under the staff rule, then their sibling will get a pace under the cross sibling rule.
