How to obtain test scores

Post by wisdom »

Hi, after all the hard work of preparing for exams, my dd would like to know scores or position for the 2 schools she's not put first (Latymer and HB). Is this possible? Does anyone know how to go about it? Thanks.

Latymer told us in writing 3 years ago when we contacted them. They gave raw scores for each exam and overall ranking.

For HBS if your DD is not offered a place on national allocation day, you can get your DD's score from the admission office and it takes about 3-4 weeks through the post. We were given four scores (two separate scores for (VR & English) and Numerical reasoning & Maths), the total score and the cut off score for the top 300 DDs). No ranking is given and the cut off score for the 93 DDs with offer was not available.

Will they send scores in response to an email or do you have to send a letter by post?

DD did not get into top250 at HBS, so I requested her scores a while back.
I just sent an email, and received the letter with the scores fairly quickly after.
