Hi All,

Where can I find the form Test Regsitration for 11Plus which will be held in Sept 2014 ?

County I am looking for is Herts,Bucks and Barnet.

This is the info I found on this forum

Registration for test – 28 June 2014; download form from South West Herts Consortium. 5th July is the closing date for postal application
(Registration opens 13th May 2014)


where as on South West Herts Consortium it says Registration Closes Friday 27 June 2014

Please advice.

If I were you, I would follow the advice from SW Herts consortium and register before their closing deadline of 27th June.

• SW Herts test registration form will be available on their website- http://www.swhertsschools.org.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; on or after 13th May, you are also able to register online. The benefit of registering online is that you get e-mail notification of test result.
• QE Barnet form will be available from the school website - http://www.qebarnet.co.uk/admissions_page" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; on or after 1st May (deadline 23rd July 2014 noon)

I have experience with the above two only, but I guess other Herts school forms will be available from their respective websites.

I heard Bucks have a common 11+ exam organised by a consortium or council. I am not sure though and recommend you check Bucks council website or call their admission office.

Herts and Barnet do not have County forms. The schools run their tests themselves. HBS registration is already open, QE opens on May 1st and DAO on May 8th DG
