No letters or emails will be sent with first round results.

Parents will need to log on to the parent portal website to see their own results. If their student has got through they will be able to see their allocated audition date. DG

What a nightmare! I expect that could easily be challenged on appeal if you could show that you couldnt access internet or this wasn't communicated to you in an appropriate manner. It wont affect me but I cant see how they can justify it on cost etc when it doesnt take long to sort into 2 different groups with 2 different emails 1 pass 1 fail.

You also have to find out your academic test location and your final result from the parent portal.

The only email that will ever be sent to you from SW Herts will be confirmation of your registration. After that it is the job of the parent to collect all other information for themselves. Nothing will be sent. DG
