On Day One today the child I am aware of whose family have held a place at both Parmiters and a private school did not turn up at either school - which sounds like their plan C (emigration) has happened.
So there may well be a Parmiters place available this week!

I can well believe it; this seems to happen nearly every year, surely it is not too hard to let the school know of your plans a little earlier on
