What order are the emails sent in??

Tracy - have you tried putting the cursor over the icon next to your dd's name when you log onto the KCC site? If I do that now it tells me the result.

When I registered with Kent I never received acknowledgement until emailing them again and it turned out it had gone into my spam folder. Apparently they had a lot of problems with this. I was told you need to make the kentonline email address a safe address?

My first thought on reading this thread was to suggest that anyone still in agony should check their Spam Folder online.

Hope that everyone hears today by some means. I know how excruciating it is to wait, wait, wait ...

found the spam but it's not in there. when i registered i received an acknowledgement ok so i'm quite sure that we just haven't received the email yet.

must say we are absolutely disgusted with this charade.
