Can anyone give me there views on the best non verbal practise papers or books for the Kent test as the content seems to vary a lot across the different publishers.

I use the Letts papers (were Gl/Nfer), the EPE CD rom from this site and Bond " How to" the latter covers some things like cubes/ nets which don;t usually crop up , but is still good for basics. If you have plenty of time the AE tuition books 1 and 2 are very thourough, taking you through step by step.

Jigsaws, spot the difference games, tetris etc are also good for working of the skills necessary for NVR.

Thanks for that. My son is sitting this year and we have done lots of prep for Verbal reasoning and Maths so we have a bit of time to work on the Non Verbal reasoning. We have done one NFER paper and had a look at a couple of bond ones so we can have a chat about what he is looking for. He's not a great fan of the Verbal Reasoning but likes the Maths and the more logical stuff so I'm hoping the Non Verbal Reasoning want cause too many moans.

I quite like NVR, once you get into the swing of it.

You can also try the Bond NVR 10min test.

Bond seem to be a bit easier than the NFER ones. Which do you think is nearest to the level required. I like both the non and verbal reasoning. I think maybe I need to get more.
