Does anybody know what scores were required for the Tunbridge Wells, Kent area for girls last year? I have a 9 year old who might possibly be bright enough to pas 11+ but I am new to this type of thing and would like some advice about what scoring we need to anticipate?

I really don't know what the scores were or how you can find out.

However, I think it's a fair bet to say that they will not be the same this year.

If your child has shown any ability, it maybe worth getting her to do little bits at a time from now and build her abiity up that way - there are a tonne of books that can help, quite a few of which i have seen in this site's bookshop!

Also have a look at the 'standardised scoring' page on the site because it's alot easier to understand than other sites' explanations...it amy give you some hint as to what she'll be able to do by the time her eleven plus exams come around.
