You need lots of academic evidence, evidence and more evidence for why the particular school is the one she should go to.

The fact her friends are going there can be mentioned but I doubt much weight would be given to it.

Her maths score is quite low so hopefully you have some good evidence of improvement in this area.

I believe both the schools you are appealing too are up to PAN so you need to appeal for both non-quali and over subscription.

It's not an easy one, I have been there and done that and failed :(

Have a look in the appeals section, especially the Q&A

Generally you argue why you want the grammar rather than why you don;t want the school you have been offered

Appealed to both grammars. One was unsuccessful but thankfully she was offered a place at the other. She started in September and is doing well.

I thought I would update this thread with my second child to go through the process. She also failed the Medway test but passed the Kent test with a good score.
