:idea: Can a school choose to continue to offer more places from their waiting list once their PAN has been reached? It might be a good tactic for the school to overfill - thus reducing the "spaces" available for subsequent appeals - over whch they have no control! :?:

It is against the rules, although Medway Council have just done it in the case of Sir Joseph Williamson's Maths School.
