Hi

Can anyone give me information about Sixth Form in TW? I know a little but it doesn't see that clear.

Why do you have to apply through Kent Choices but then Skinners' and some of the others have their own application process too?

Are they all mixed except for Skinners'?

When do you have to make a decision by and how does the allocation of places work? Can you hold more than one place?

Any advice on which schools are best for the Arts rather than science and maths?

Thanks

PS- I know there is a forum for this on the site but I haven't been able to get enough information from that one.

I don't think TWGGS has boys in the sixth form although boys do come to lessons but they are from other schools. ISTR that there is some information on the TWGGS website about sixth form entry, I think they have to have the points equivalent to six "Bs" at GCSE but I've not really paid much attention as my girls are only 11 and 13.
