I was checking the KCC website and it says you need to fill in a supplemetary form for Wilmington Boys.

I remember seeing something like that but I thought this is if you have a child there already.

I have checked the school website but maybe I can't see because I am panicking.

Please do I need to fill in a supplementary form.

According to the KCC booklet (page 163) you don't need one for WGSB

You DO need one for WGSG (page 164)
