dartford girls grammar

Anyone with a daughter at Dartford grammar school for girls? would want to know what her experience is like and any one with information on admission, particularly when the test results come in handy or distance which criteria will they use when scores for some one living about 8 miles is higher than that of a girl whose lives within the 1 mile radius..

Hi akua26. If you look on their website it will list the oversubscription criteria. Admissions are measured on distance to the school - firstly within 1 mile, then within Dartford Borough Council. If the school is oversubscribed within any of the oversubscription criteria, the scores are then used. I have a daughter there who is very happy and participates in many extra curriculum activities. It also has very good sports, dance and music facilities. Good luck with your choices.
