Wilmington Grammar School for Boys

Thanks Muggle, ds is so happy, we let him choose his school, he always wanted Wilmington (despite a high enough score DGS) it was always between WGSB and Beth's for us. I think it will depend from year to year, popularity of a school changes all the time - e.g a friend told me that in her sons year, out of 17 boy kent passes, despite being guaranteed a place at DGS due to location, only 3 chose DGS, the remainder choosing Wilmington, this really surprised me, but it seems that children got a good feeling about WGSB this year. Same goes to my ds school, we are ooc but the Wilmington schools were very very popular this year, particularly with the girls, the majority choosing Wilmington over chis & Sid. But this may be totally different next year ... Who knows?
