Looking at data for 2013 and 2012, I believe that the initial cutoff for Judd on National offer day was 412 and 417 respectively. In 2013 a total of 654 boys (387 IC and 267 OoC) scored 412 and above. In 2012 a total of 658 boys (434 IC and 224 OOC) scored 417 and above.
Can you tell me where I can find the equivalent 2012 / 13 information please.
I'm interested in cut-offs for girls for TGS.
It looks to me as though this year girls and boys scores are not that different whereas in the past I thought boys did better?

Interesting - I saw some analysis of that data against historical data and it confirmed the super-selective cut-offs are going to be much much lower than in previous years.

Hi Purple dog, thanks for posting that v useful info, and I can see why you are tentatively predicting Judd cut off at 374, would you be able to hazard a guess at Skinners cut off at all? I don't have the info on the last couple of years to compare. Thanks if you are able to post :) :)

372-373 coming down to 365-366 off the waiting list according to the analysis I saw elsewhere.

I suppose it may be even lower if lots of people don't know about the way things have changed and don't put the super-selectives down - I guess that's what the schools are worried about and why they've put out those statements!

It was on another site- I think 415 at first, down to 410 for out of area. Maybe 385 this year?

(that was to Purple dog regarding TOGS last year)
