I would expect so, given that OCC schools are sent Kent Test results at the same time as Kent schools.

The timetable information shown in the link document from KCC doesn't make a distinction between Kent and OCC schools. It just says "...primary schools informed of destinations" on the same date that secondary schools get their allocations lists back from KCC (23 Feb entry on p4).
