NLCS Sample paper - help with question no. 22 please

Please may I know if its okay to have the same numbers repeating ? We are getting the answer as 5 (at the top ) 3 (bottom left) and 2 (bottom right) .

but that repeats the no.5 - is that ok as the sum does not put any condition - or is non repitition assumed in such sums ?

If we have the wrong answer, please may we get help in knowing the right combination ?
