NFER errors
Hi all,
The school where I work sets its own papers and unfortunately there will always be a small percentage of questions with mistakes, no matter how many times a question is checked. It is impossible to ensure 100% accuracy all the time.
The question is not why did NFER make the mistake but why have they allowed them to be reprinted over several years.
I think anyone who sees errors should contact NFER about them and make a request that future reprints are corrected.
I have also seen errrors on IPS papers too.
Whilst you would expect errors in the first or second edition of a question paper, what you would not expect is for NFER to continue publishing them for 10 years as with some papers.
I am sure that at some point over the years a school, tutors as well as parents who would have informed NFER about errors. So the real question is why have NFER not done anything when they have been contacted.
If you asked NFER you will not get an answer. We have tried!!
