You could try some of the games on

You can change the levels to suit - both my 6 yr old & 10 yr old have used the site.

If you want to make your own worksheets try http://www.mathfactcafe.com/build/ it takes a little fiddling to get exactly what you want but still easier than making up 100 sums & writing them out. DS1 had to try to do 100 x tables in 5 minutes so we used this website to make practise papers.
