Bond + Schof & Simms maths workbooks level vs 11plus actual

Does anyone know if the level that the Bond + Schofield & Simms maths workbooks are at (i.e. Bond maths assessment 10-11, and S&S mental arithmetic book 5) is above the level (generally) that is needed for the maths 11plus?

By this I mean if a child is regularly scoring between 60-80% on these workbooks for their age at the time of the 11plus, is the actual maths in the 11plus slightly easier so they are more likely to do well (all things going well on the day)?

Many thanks

I think you will find that this question is area specific. Book 5 SS is a good level I would have thought. Book 6 doesn't seem relevant to the 11+ to me. As for Bond either books 4 or 5 depending on the schools that you are looking at. Many of the children that I know have worked through More Fifth papers, but others have passed for different schools when they were not high scorers on Fourth papers.

Sorry not to be more specific.
