Hi
Can anyone kindly explain how to do paper 1 question 28 from bond more forth.

Also I can't workout this question:
In a school there were a total of 476 pupils and teachers.
The girls +the teachers = 241 The boys + the teachers =258
no of teachers ?
no of boys?
no of girls?
Answer 23, 235 and 218

G+B+T=476
G+T=241
B+T=258

Consider the first and second statement, that will give you B=476-(G+T)=476-241=235
So, Boys=235. Use this in the third statement, T=258-B=258-235=23

Use, T=23 in the second statement above. G=241-T = 241-28 = 213
