q1. to make 6 cakes you need 40 ml lemon jucie and 20 eggs.
a. how many cakes you make from 150 eggs?
b.how much lemon juice is needed for 15 cakes?

q2. 5 small triangles and 1 large triangle triangle together have a combined mass of 4.5 kg.
3 small triangles and 1 large triangle together have a combined mass of 3.7 kg.
a. what is the mass of each small triangle?
b. what is the mass of each large triangle?

q3. a piece of paper has 20 rhombuses. the area of the paper is 120cm square and the area of a rhomebus is 3 sq.cm.

a. what is area of all the parallelograms?
b. how much of the paper is blank?

Please can any one help with these not really good at maths..

Q1: a) 150/20 = 7 remainder 10

You can make 7 lots of 6 cakes = 42 and 3 more cakes with the remaining 10 eggs = 45 in total

b) 15/6 = 2.5
2.5 x 40 = 100
Answer 100ml

Q2:
1 large = 4.5 - 5 small
1 large = 3.7 - 3 small

So 2 small weigh 0.8, 1 small weighs 0.4

1 large weighs 2.5

Q3: a rhombus is a type of parallelogram. The area of all of them is 3 x 20 = 60

The area of the paper is 120. 120-60 =60, therefore half or 60cm sq is blank.
