The only tricky one is 1/15 - and you can exclude that one by comparing it with 1/20.

I struggled with 0.05. How do you turn that into a %?

The first column after the decimal point is tenths, such as 10p is written £0.10.
The second is hundredths, such as 5p is written £0.05.

So 0.05 is the same as 5 out of 100 or 5/100 or 5%.

Percent means per hundred so to convert a decimal to a percentage you multiply by 100.
