Can someone help my tired brain work this out? My DD couldn't do it and neither could I!
Not panicking too much as she isn't taking the tests until 2015 :lol:

hello - it looks like a Fibonacci type - you add the previous two terms to get the next term.

1, 5, 6, 11, 17, 28, (_____)

1, 5, (1 + 5 = 6), (6 + 5 = 11), ( 11+ 6 = 17), etc
