a) 3 x 3 (quacks) + 3 x 13 (oink) = 3 x 16 = 48

b) 1 oink = 39 moos, 9/39 = 3/13 oinks
or
b) 9 moos = 3 quacks, 13 quacks = 1 oink, 3/13 oinks

c) 2 oinks = 78 moos (1 pile),
10 piles = 780 moos
20 moos left = 6 quacks and 2 moos

It is 1am, so sorry if any mistakes. Time to go to bed and stop working!
