Would you please advice - in the following questions, is rounding-up required?

Q: Write to the nearest second place of decimals: 53.176

Is the correct answer 53.17 or 53.18?

Q: Write to the nearest second place of decimals: 53.176

correct answer is 53.18 - you only consider whether to round the second decimal place by looking at the third.
