Re: DAO MATHS Q HELP PLEASE
Bricks - need to look for smallest number that is in both 6 and 9 times tables. This would be 18. 3 red bricks makes 18cm and 2 blue bricks makes 18 cm so 5 bricks in total.grammar2012 wrote:Hello everyone,

Help with two more qs please:
For questions 36 to 38 use this information about the number of visits to a
cinema:
8 15 12 7 14 16 11 18 5 23 6 4 15 22 16 6 13 8 19 2 17 18 1 12 18 20
Number of visits Tally Frequency
1-6
7-12 B
A -
19-24
36. What should go in the space labelled A?
37. Complete the table to find out what should go in space B.
38. What is the range of the number of cinema visits?
We got answer to 36 as 13-18 but 37 and 38 not sure how the answer can be 6 and 22 respectively.
please advise if you agree with us.

36. Look at the gap in number
A should be 13-18
37. B = all the numbers in the list between 7 and 12 (6)
38. range is = biggest number of visits - smallest number of visits (23 - 1 = 22)
