20) Try rotating the piece of paper so the mirror is vertical and copy the pattern so both sides are reflections.

27) The rectangle has area 8 squares so any triangle with area 8 squares will do. Hint: half of a square of area 16 squares will do.

37) Presumably a and b are OK? A 2D sketch might help - can you see how many cubes across and down? Post what your child thinks so I can see where they are stuck.

Q no 20. Its symmetry question. Please reflect the same image on the other side of the diagonal line.

Q no 27. Try to make a right angle triangle. Use 6 whole cubes and break 2 cubes into halves. Sorry cannot make the drawings for u..

For question 37 my daughter had the answers

A) 18
B) 4 by 3
C) 30
D) 80
E) 96

Is it correct?

The sides of the the shape are 6 by 5 by 10
She took away two from each number and got 4 by 3 by 8
6 by 5 by 10 is 300
4 by 3 by 8 is 96
300-96 is 304

Sorry her answer was 304
