Hello everyone,
We are late starters who've had only four weeks to prepare  Despite this we seem to be doing alright although I am surprised I haven't had to resort to medication for my nerves. I would like to give DS a final test to increase his speed but would like to make it as realistic as possible. I know there will be only two type Z questions but can anyone else give me an idea of how many of the more common question types will appear on the actual VR paper. It varies on all the practice papers from between 6 and 10 of each. Any advice would be much appreciated. :)

There is no absolutely set number of questions for each section in VR. Having said that MOST of them seem to be 7, but I have seen 6, and there may be other lengths, I am not sure. Question 1 is usually a stand alone as are the Type Z questions.

Thanks, Alex.
That's really useful to know. I'm hoping if I can put together a test that is more like the real thing it will help with the nerves on the day itself!
