My son failed his 11 plus after his school made a complete mess of the papers. He was the only one sitting it. Over a week after sitting the second paper he was told the Head had made a mistake and given him a practise paper! He was very upet and had to sit it all over again. He suffers fro Aspbergers and this was so stressful for him I was suprised he actually agreed to do it again.

My problem is this. I am unsure as to whether we now want him to go to grammer school anyway. However, I believe he has had the right to choose taken from him through no fault of his own. I would like to appeal on the score but don't want to commit to choosing a school on appeal.

Can anybody help me on this one?
