You could try simply asking the Grammar School for the information. In fact, they may be the only ones in possession of the information at present!

Hello there, in N Yorks, anyone who does not pass the test is given this information. Try someone in this position, - if not I'd ring up the Local Area Education Office, as it seems to be something which is freely available.
