Are the real 11+ maths similar to the officail GL assessement papers regarding the difficulty level. a friends daughter who sat them in 2010 said that the real paper was easier. Any insight ?? Finding the pack 2 more challenging than pack 1. Any comments greatly appreciated

They are similar but of course vary in degrees of difficulty year to year. The main thing to remember is that if it is extra hard for your child - it is extra hard for everyone!
